Call for Abstracts

The scientific committee now extends a Call for Abstracts, for talks and posters to be presented at the conference in Copenhagen.

Submit your abstract

The submission should be mainly text detailing the objective of the work, methodological detail (particularly if deviation from standards and norms), main results of the study, as well as implications, meanings, and conclusions that can be drawn from the data of the work you want to present. Sufficient detail must be provided to allow for review by the scientific committee.

Affiliations distinguished by superscript numbers if necessary.

Abstracts will be screened by the scientific committee. The submitting authors will be notified by September 1, 2024, whether their abstract has been accepted, and if it is for oral or poster presentation.

Please note:
– Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference.
– Attendance is free, but registration is required. Please register before November 1, 2024.
– Abstracts must be no longer than 400 words (selected references maximum 100 words).

Submission of an abstract implies the commitment that if the abstract is accepted, the presenting author will attend the conference and the expectation that financial resources to attend are available. If the original presenting author is unable to present, one of the co-authors should take over this responsibility. We encourage to publish the presented research in acknowledged peer-reviewed research journals.

Please note that the system only allows one abstract per e-mail address. This means that the most recent abstract submitted always overwrites previous submissions.
